We are not a box delivery company plonking cabinets on the pavement, but rather a team of people that provide a personal service designed for your needs. We offer a free site survey and design service and will provide a scaled floor plan and model to help you visualise long runs, tight squeezes, working in a historic building, a tricky floor plan or a whole ‘new look’.

We can provide whatever package of services you want

• We can simply supply refrigeration equipment to your site...
• ...But more often we use our knowledge and experience to help design and fit new shop layouts. Part of this process is to provide fully dimensioned drawings and 3D visualisations, and to explain various options and offer alternative manufacturer’s products.
• We can provide project management, working with your shopfitter or working with our usual shopfitter partners or floorers, and many other tradesmen.
• For installation we work with our in-house team of engineers. The installations can be either remote or integral.
• New service: Criocabin have developed the facility to build shop fittings around their chilled cabinets. See our Furniture page for some options.
• Provide a full after sales service beyond warranty, and generally offer as much support and advice as you require.

Price

We pass on exceptional value, but are not the cheapest. We only provide high quality equipment, and will not skip on service.
