Tull's Fine Foods

Tull's Fine Foods

Mr Tull has worked in butchery all his life. He took over the family business in the early 70’s but the time had come when he wanted to refurbish his shop to emphasise a new start. With years of experience Mr Tull had very clear ideas as to what he wanted from his cabinets.

Firstly, he wanted his customers to be surrounded by display when they walked into the shop; secondly, he wanted absolutely every labour saving possibility to be fully used; and finally, he wanted good after-sales service.

After checking on CRS's after-sales service, Mr Tull chose the Express cabinets on castors. The Express cabinets saved labour because the large display bed meant that he could put all his meat on display. The sophisticated temperature control meant that many products could be left on display overnight, which greatly reduces the amount of time used to set up the cabinets at the beginning and end of the day. He also reported that having front opening cabinets was a huge advantage for labour saving for cleaning and loading. To achieve a U-shape of display within the confines of the shop, and still allow for deliveries, the cabinets are on castors, which means that they can be pushed aside when necessary.

CRS also provided air conditioning.
