Sited next to the famous rock venue, you would expect a rock star encounter story - and indeed Mr. Ellison can provide them! However, much more importantly, Mr. Ellison had been considering many different options to develop his business, and concluded that the best way forward was to replace his counters.

The new counters gave greater capacity for their floor footprint, and the new layout maximised the shop space. Mr. Ellison was particularly looking forward to a summer with reliable counters with even, effective, chilling.
