Paul Ripley has created a restaurant that is built on pride, excellence and outstanding experience. Working with Cornwall’s most famous chef, Rick Stein, for ten years as his head chef, Paul is now running a Michelin star restaurant. He came to CRS because of a personal recommendation. He wanted to extend his business to include a delicatessen, which would not only sell their home produced products but also home produced basics such as stock, chutneys, pickles and jams. CRS helped translate Pauls plans and aspirations into kitchen & shop equipment.
