 Mr. Reeves prides himself on his BBQ range but for the last 3 summers this profitable time had been diminished because his old display cabinets had failed and ate money in repairs.
Mr. Reeves had looked at several different styles of counters, and wanted something as stylish and efficient as the better supermarkets. He particularly wanted a style of cooling that was reliably “even” over the whole display bed and allowed his meats to be left in the display overnight.
After his cabinet was finally installed, Mr. Reeves was pleased to report that it met his hopes in design and engineering, and also displayed 9 more trays than his old cabinet that had sat in the same space!
