Customers leave Rawlings and Kennsit a lot happier than when they arrived. This is not only because of the high class banter offered as part of the service, but also because of the pleasure of choosing between a large range of high quality products. The owner, Mr. Weston, came to CRS because he knew of other butchers we had worked for and because of the design service we offered.

The lay out of the shop was completely changed by removing the window bed and introducing a continuous Z-shaped run of new cabinets. Mr. Weston chose the "Emotion" model, which is a new range of cabinets offering 3-dimensional curved internal and external corners. The customers' response was eagerly anticipated. When it came it was overwhelming – they said "gorgeous, beautiful, Rolls Royce, posh, swish, stunning, exciting, very smart, lovely, wonderful, brilliant, revolutionary, great, I can't get over this, gosh wow, super, fabulous, sharp, space age, very impressive, just splendid..."
