When people open new shops they come from lots of different backgrounds. David John set up Pepworth's Food Company as part of his expansion from top class restaurants, happy café's and other food outlets. Using the talents of the team that had worked on other projects, the shop has a very professional buzz. It is organized into two sections - a butchery and a deli - both of which supply fine local foods.
