Pat's Butchers are retailers with initiative. 20 years ago they were the first butchers to be open on Sundays and now they have substantial trade in Sunday joints. They chose the Ebony counter because it was stylish and distinctive and very flexible in bespoke angled corners and finishes. When you walk into the shop now the butchery is quite simply - impressive.

CRS supplied:

• A Z-shaped run of Ebony counters, running along the window to make a window bed, turning using a bespoke angled corner, then running down through the length of the shop, to an internal corner and the end counter.
• The front panels were 2 bespoke colours and had down lighting.
• The back shelf was made of red Corian with matching movable till platforms.
• The counter was remotely engineered.
