|  Nelson’s Butchers succeed by giving excellent customer service, and by tempting their customers at every opportunity. They had been planning a complete change of shop front, wall lighting and refrigeration for about a year, but realized that a perfect time would never present itself. Rather than let events control their plans, they decided to take the plunge at a time of their least inconvenience.
 Nelson’s Butchers had very clear ideas of what they wanted. Part of their approach is to have a very high standard of presentation of their products, and they wanted to maximise the benefits of this. They chose a U-shape of refrigeration opposite their door because they had observed that this drew the customers into the back of the shop, and while the customers were waiting they had maximum visibility of every product. CRS coordinated closely with Nelson's and their shop fitters.
