Mortimer and Bennett is a remarkable shop, showing huge enthusiasm for fine foods. The majority of the shop is dedicated to fresh delicatessen products.

Mr Mortimer had been looking for new refrigeration equipment for some time, when a fortunately-timed phone call prompted him to make an appointment with CRS to discuss his plans.

Mr Mortimer wanted to update his equipment to maximise display area and enhance the shop's black and white styling.

CRS supplied:

• Express cabinets, with mid shelf and under lighting and with the bottom front panel sprayed black and a mirrored end panel
• A bespoke-built black cheese counter, to go over a stairwell
• A multideck with panels sprayed black
