 Philip Johnson Quality Butcher has all the strengths, pride, dedication and commitment of a family business. When the lease came up for renewal the family decided that in the future they would run their business from their own shop so they would either buy their present premises or move to a shop that they could buy. Fortunately the sale went through.
The family then wanted to refurbish the whole shop, and started with their equipment. They came to CRS because of the various mail shots. They were clear about the style of serve over counter they wanted and CRS were able to help.
CRS found the installation a challenge because of a very narrow door, but this was overcome by dismantling the back shelf, glass, lighting and glass supports, and squeezing the counter through on its back! All part of the service.
