Jenkins Butchers is a vibrant shop in the centre of Bristol but the window is south facing. Working off an old high street, the shop provides a large range of different meat cuts to the local community and to the catering business.
Mr. Jenkins specifically wanted to get rid of his old south facing window bed, and set the counter back into the shop. This was for practical reasons, to remove the meat from the heat and light, but also because he preferred the styling and customers could walk round the counter. The remote engineering helps keep the shop cool. Mr. Jenkins is happy to report that since the refurbishment business is up! |
