 When Huntley’s extended their farm shop into a food hall they returned to CRS, and our partners, Universal Cooling, to supply the refrigeration and display cabinets.
With many pillars to work around, the layout was still able to use modular counters to create an island arrangement of cabinets in the centre of the food hall. Huntley’s also created a self-service salad bar by multiplexing two Vario cabinets together - as shown on the left.
The result is a stunning display, and a full car park of customers, 7 days a week.
 For the Deli section CRS supplied:
- Two 90° external corner sections multiplexed either end to a 1875 straight cabinet to form the cheese counter
- One 3750mm counter for cooked meats
- One 1875mm counter for chocolates
- Two Vario cabinets multiplexed to form a salad bar
- One 1875mm counter for cakes
All cabinets were remotely engineered and front strip painted a bespoke colour of “bamboo”. |
