 Healey’s Butchers specialize in quality meats and take meticulous care in every part of butchery. Their Christmas special was a Turkey Royal, a feast consisting of a turkey, de-boned and stuffed with a capon, de-boned and stuffed with a chicken, de-boned and stuffed with stuffing. As it cooked all these flavours enhanced each other, creating a very easy to carve banquet. CRS provided castors on the L-shape, to enable the whole counter to be moved aside for deliveries, rear sliding doors and a shelf extension for his till.
