Michael Hart and his family have created a beacon of independent retailing excellence in the high street of Cricklade. They recognised the potential of expanding their product range, but to do this they had to upgrade the historic building in which they trade. They removed a wall, which doubled the size of the shop, and totally refitted and redecorated.
CRS provided a U-shaped run of bespoke Evolution counters tailored to their exact requirements, which forms the focal point for the new shop. The bottom photo also shows the counters in the earliest stage of production. The counters included granite back-shelves, refrigerated storage and remote engineering. CRS also installed air conditioning, a new walk-through cold room and re-configured the engineering for the existing cold room.
