When the opportunity to open a new shop came, the Hart family came back to CRS to fit out their new shop.

The layout was very different from their original shop, to reflect the different location. The new shop had hot and cold window beds, fresh meat and pie counters running down both sides ending in a deli section at the back of the shop. The family chose the Emotion counter because it had the visual advantages of glass held on front supports only, but the value advantages of being a modular counter.

CRS supplied:

• One hot counter and one low glass window counter
• A 7m run of fresh meat counter, a deli counter and a 3m run of pie counter
• Two cold rooms, bespoke built hand basins and storage cupboards and a till base
