Griffin Butchers are a busy city centre shop. Located in a historic building and with limited space, the shop has constant flow of customers from the pedestrian centre. Every inch has to be productive and easy to clean.
To fit the shop CRS provided an unusual combination of a 45° internal corner and external corners, which wiggled its way around the shop, filling the space but using modular lengths, which helped reduce the cost.
CRS provided:-
- 45° internal corner multiplexed to a 973mm Ergo Plus cabinet multiplexed to a 45° external Ergo Plus corner
- 2500mm Ergo Plus cabinet
- Bespoke built window bed with special wire trays
- Wooden chopping boards (to aid service in a limited space)
