The Fulk Brothers have customers that have been coming to the shop for over 60 years. Their dedicated customers also were quite prepared to queue in a tent outside at Christmas time. To give the shop a new lease of life and treat their customers, they decided to extend the shop front and completely refit the interior. The project had to overcome historic walls collapsing and council regulations regarding rebuilding the wall. When all was competed, the Fulk Brothers chose a Criocabin Emotion serve-over counter to display their meats, with front panel lighting and refrigerated under storage.
