Frenshams wanted to create a food hall to celebrate all kinds of foods. Expanding on a traditional farm shop they sourced from local suppliers and specialists so they offer the public the best for everyday needs and special occasions. From ham to hamper. The food hall has dedicated departments for

• Cakes and Delicatessen
• Foods served hot including freshly cooked chickens and pies
• Chilled wines and Chocolate
• Vegetables and fruits
In addition there is much more. All the different foods have particular needs for chilling and humidification. CRS supplied all the refrigeration including air conditioning, cold rooms, chilled serve over counters, hot serve over counter, specialist cake and chocolate displaces, refrigerated self service islands and vegetable chilled displays for all the diverse needs for all the different foods.
