When the lease on the shop next-door came up, Ron Fowler took the opportunity to expand his business. He particularly wanted the counters to flow through the shop, including a fitted window bed. The solution was to combine a specially produced window display with a right-angled corner leading into a run of Evolution counters with a rounded corner. This achieved maximum display area whilst maximising customer space. The counters' cooling system was designed for displaying fish on ice with a special section for shellfish.
