This prestige client came to CRS to replace, improve & relocate some of their food hall refrigeration. Various solutions were agreed – an island for seasonal promotions such as strawberries and cream, a new vegetable, ambient and refrigerated island to replace an older system, and modified multideck and shelving. The biggest challenge proved to be not eating the fruits on display!
