



Barry Fitch has been in retail and farming all his life. The old arrangement of his shop had been designed when the site had incorporated an independent abattoir, which had now become redundant. Since starting the shop he has developed the ready-made meal and on-site baking. To make the shop up to date and maximise the new range of products, Mr. Fitch decided to rebuild the front and double the floor space. He then chose Criocabin counters because they offered the flexibility of design to exactly fit the merchandising he desired.
CRS provided:
A continuous run of 12 metres of bespoke-built Evolution counter incorporating:
- 2 bespoke angled corners
- A hot plate section multiplexed to the main counter
- A mid-shelf running along the bespoke corners
- A low glass section for the window bed
CRS also provided cold rooms, freezer rooms and air conditioning, and a counter as a short term loan so Barry Fitch could continue trading while the shop was being rebuilt.
