Mr East has worked in butchery all his life and is immensely skilled and dedicated. He came to CRS for a new counter because his daughter had joined the business and wanted to expand the range of products to include pies and delicatessen goods. He initially wanted to add one counter, but decided to invest in a complete refit to reflect the quality of his products.

CRS provided:

• L-shaped run of Express counters, including a de-mister and a section of low level glass
• Vegetable shelving with trim to match the counter
