Cottage Farm Quality Meats are independent butchers located in Polhill Garden Centre near Sevenoaks. Every butcher is busy over Christmas, but Cottage Farm are busy like a Ferrari’s engine when working at 150mph. Over Christmas they service over 3000 orders, including 2000 of their own free-range organic turkeys. They have hourly deliveries that never touch the ground but are served straight to the customers. They have coffee trolleys serving their customers as they queue. The queue sometimes goes out of the centre and into the snow!
