Corkers came to CRS wanting to develop their trade in patisserie, paninis and made to order lunches. Their site is in a historic building on Poole Quay and the counters needed to be of very specific dimensions because of pillars.

CRS supplied:

• Two patisserie displays multiplexed together
• A curved bespoke built till counter with corian top
• A stainless steel hot plate section
• A chilled filling section
