Cook recently won the “rising star” award for food retailers.
Cook produce excellent frozen meals using chefs, not machines! Key to the design brief was Cook’s desire NOT to look like yet another supermarket, but to bring their individual style to the high street. They wanted to create a stylish backdrop to display their high quality, scrummy meals, that would promote and inspire confidence in their products, whilst being totally functional. Creative Retail Solutions worked closely with Cook’s designers and shop fitters to achieve this aim, and sourced the especially slim upright glass door freezers, which were critical to provide the display required within the constraints of the floor space in the shop. Central chest freezers with stainless steel surrounds completed the compact but stylish installation.
After completing their flagship shop at Epsom, Edward Perry, the director, wrote, “I am writing to thank you for the efficiency with which you completed the Epson job and to confirm that as we move forward with a minimum of several new shops next year you are certainly our preferred supplier. Obviously, we will continue to put out these jobs to tender but I hope we will be doing a lot more business together in the future."
With their ongoing expansion plan, Cook returned to CRS to provide the refrigeration for all their three latest shops. Working closely with the designers and shop fitters, all these projects were finished on time and within budget. |
