When the opportunity to take over an empty shop opposite Waitrose came up, Mr. Chadwick decided to expand his business. The new shop has been designed to have individual character and to give the impression of a modern, up market, family butcher, which can offer so much more than the Waitrose opposite. This is reinforced with the spectacular hanging cabinet at the end of the shop and the new Criocabin cabinets. The Criocabin run has the unusual feature of incorporating a fish on ice section within the L shape, which can also be used as a self-service section.
