You can approach Canalside Farm from the water or land. Set in the prettiest part of the canal system of Staffordshire, you are immediately cheered when you enter the shop by homemade ice cream. Taking several years in development, the food hall is in a new stylish building, with plenty of parking and mooring. The shop is big enough to provide a wide range of local produce but also the basics. It has dedicated areas to vegetables, local meats, cheeses and deli and a very friendly welcome.

Canalside Farm has been growing its own produce for over 25 years and they have recently opened a new Farm Shop, which is bursting with seasonal, fresh, local produce, plus a fantastic bakery, butchers and delicatessen. They source high quality, local food and drink, from farms and producers within a 30 mile radius, whilst continuing to produce their own strawberries, raspberries, asparagus, tomatoes, courgettes and bedding plants, on the Farm. You can pick up your weekly shopping, but also to relax and enjoy yourself and pick fruit! Located on the side of the Trent and Mersey Canal at Great Haywood, near Stafford, there are some beautiful canal-side walks, as well as the opportunity to ‘pick your own’ strawberries and raspberries, before treating yourself to one of our delicious ice-creams!
