 Located in the centre of the beautiful historic market town of Ross-on-Wye, Andy Callwood’s shop gave CRS the challenge of achieving today’s retail standards in a unique historic space that was long and narrow and included pillars. Specializing in a fabulous range of sausages, Mr Callwood also needed to be able to fully display his range.
The solution was two Express counters mounted on castors. The Express has the advantage of a very deep display bed for its overall width, which gave Mr Callwood the space he needed. Having the counters on castors meant that the preparation area and customer areas were flexible and could reflect the needs of the moment!
