Mr Boarer’s shop is situated in a leafy residential area. Mr Boarer reasoned that to become more profitable, he needed to tempt his existing customers to spend more. To do this, he wanted to increase the area of display and update his serve over counters to enhance his products. His second priority was to increase the amount of self-service, and change the layout of the shop so that he and his staff weren’t running around so much.
After the installation, he happily reports that he now sees customers he hadn’t seen for years, and the space behind the counters is so much better to use.
