Mr Bartlett spent a lot of time and energy gathering ideas to develop his business. Having visited over 10 of CRS’s customers, he decided to completely refit his shop and counters. His customers are now greeted by a stylish, light, modern shop with traditional cuts of meat displayed in a flowing Z-shape, and a baguette bar with hot fillings. The bespoke-built counters with 45° corner sections allow the retail space to be maximised and add a sense of engineering excellence.
CRS supplied:-
- Bespoke-built Z-shaped run of Evolution counter, with two 45° corners, remotely engineered, and including a corian back shelf
- A bespoke-built L-shaped run of Evolution counters with a hot Bain Marie section
- A back bar unit for baguette fillers
- Air conditioning and a new chiller room that was tiled to match the shop
