CRS returned to Pat's Butchers to install the next stage of their shop refurbishments. The main section of the shop already had an Ebony serve over counter, which they use to display their meats. CRS came back to install a new section for delicatessen goods. For the delicatessen section Pat’s chose an Esprit counter. This more petit counter is graced with similar upright, vertical, straight glass and the same general styling of the rest of the shop. But size has the advantage of fitting the available space and is better suited the display of the deli products. The overall effect is stunning, with the thick straight glass adding little twinkles of light, framing the food.
