Andrew Burton started work in the shop approximately 30 yrs. ago. He now is the head of a family business which includes the shop in Saffron Walden, another in Bishop's Stortford and a catering butcher’s site. Burtons take great pride in sourcing the best meats as locally as possible, and certainly the display in the shop would attest to the top of the range quality. But the shop had got to the stage of needing to complement the products. The project was developed over several years and Mr. Burton investigated everybody’s products so CRS are very proud to be chosen to provide this very specialist counter. The counter has bespoke angled corners and additional “condense cooling” for the window area to counter act a possible hot spot. Uniquely it has UV down lighting to the front panels.
