Criocabin Range

The Express is a stylish counter, designed to bring elegance to a compact space!

It features a very large display area for its footprint. It is primarily designed as a delicatessen or sandwich counter, but has been used as a window display (K Hammond Butchers), or run on wheels to be mobile! (A S Wallice Family Butchers) See also our installation for Sagebury Cheese.

Sections can be multiplexed to form a run.

Key Features

• 830 mm deep display area within overall cabinet depth of just 1055 mm
• Hydraulic lift up curved glass canopy with aluminium top shelf to provide total visibility for all products on display from all angles of viewing (left)
• Refrigerated under storage with hinged doors (not on corner sections)
• Stainless steel rear serving shelf - 290 mm deep (right)

• Fully multiplexable with 4 standard lengths and 2 corner sections to create size and shape of run required
• Matching refrigerated, heated and ambient sections can be multiplexed into single cabinet run (see hot counter right)
• Self contained integral refrigeration systems to each cabinet section, including fully independently refrigerated corner sections
• Alternative remote refrigeration systems also available
• Slow velocity ventilated cooling system, with sophisticated control to minimise dehydration

• High intensity display lighting with specialist options
• Stainless steel interior with removable decks for ease of cleaning
• External colour trim to match your shop decoration (left)
• Full range of optional accessories for ease of operation and merchandising, such as raised display beds (left) or stepped shelves (bottom left), bag holders (right) and back till extensions (bottom right)

• Electronic controllers with digital temperature displays to front and rear
• Display temperature controllable from -2°C upwards.
• Automatic electric defrost
• Drainage to removable container
