The Evolution is the flagship of Criocabin’s range of refrigerated serve over counters. The philosophy behind the bespoke built counters is to provide the best presentation and refrigeration for your merchandise. Most of the design features and accessories have been developed from close liaison with our customers – so if you do not see a feature that you are particularly interested in please forward your request to

Key Features
Choice of front or back supports
Front supports | Back supports
One of the outstanding features of the Evolution is the choice of front or back supports between the canopy & the top serving shelf. Not only does this give maximum visibility to the customer but also makes serving easier, especially in the corners or when several members of staff are working closely together.
Best fit
As a bespoke built counter it can be designed to fit your shop, to maximise retail space and minimise retail “dead” areas.
Any styling to the front of the cabinet

The Evolution can be modified to reflect the styling of the shop.
The front panel can be:-
- Any wood effect
- Any RAL colour
- One of 4 standard colours
- Stainless steel
- Tiled on the base or profile
- Cabinet supported on pillars
- Have one, two or three front rails or a corian front shelf
- Down lighting
- End panels, either of wood or to co-ordinate with shop design
- Either the front or back sections cut round a pillar

Variable Width Shelf with Butcher's Block
| Extra Wide Shelf
The standard shelf is made of anodised aluminium and is 260mm wide. However there are plenty of other modifications. When the counter layout is such that there is a tight walkway behind the counter, there is the option to have an especially narrow shelf. There is also the option for an especially wide back shelf of 360mm, or variable width as seen opposite. Criocabin are happy to provide back shelves made in:-
- Marble
- Corian
- Granite
Display cabinets with special features
Criocabin offer adaptations to the cabinets to display:-
- fish
- bakery
- ambient
- heated
- Rondells - for special promotions
These cabinets can “stand alone” or be part of a flowing run. Heated sections can either be a Bain Marie or with hot plates.
