When designing the Emblema, Criocabin went back to basics and reviewed every aspect of engineering, cooling and presentation involved in making a serve-over counter and assessed how to improve the whole process.
The result is the Emblema.
The Emblema presents itself lifted from the floor on stylish supports with under-lighting. The angle and curve of the glass has been changed to maximize visibility and minimize reflections. It is a bespoke-built counter that can be adapted to the customer’s wishes in many ways. It comes with fully refrigerated corners, both internal and external, which can be the following angles:-
- 90°
- 45°
- 22.5°
There are many options, including:-
- Cooling by air movement or gravity convection
- Option of refrigerated upper shelf
- The back shelf wider or narrower, made in stainless steel, corian or granite
- The end panels and front panel customized to many different finishes, such as wood effect, tile, stainless steel or any RAL colors
- Selection of different shelf arrangements
- Hot sections and ambient sections
