They also specified that the cabinet should match the other furniture in the room and reflect the high standards of the catering and hotel. CRS provided a specially built refrigerated display with under storage. The woodwork matched the other rosewood furniture and the black granite enhanced the cake display. |
The L-shaped run of heated counters at the front of David Brown's shop was purpose built. The purpose-built counter ensures exactly the right presentation for hot plate display for home made pies, carvery for his renowned filled rolls, hot Bain Marie for chips and vegetables, and cold Bain Marie for chilled fillings.The counters were finished with stylish curved glass and colours to match his shop décor. |
